Information Communication Technologies (ICT) seems silver bullet to advance clinical care or patient experiences. However, reality of digitalized hospital is not so human friendly. What is our error? What should we do? In this lecture, I will share our experience introducing ICT to Kyoto University Hospital, and our vision for coming future clinical medicine with ICT to improve quality of clinical care and patient experiences.
